About Mad for Garlic
Loyal diners of the popular Mad for Garlic chain of restaurants in Korea can now look forward to enjoying a taste of the distinct garlic-infused Italian dishes in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District.
Opened in dec 2009, the casual dining bistro is the first Mad for Garlic restaurant to be established outside of Seoul. It features over 40 different kinds of Italian dishes including salads, pastas, pizzas, baked rice, and meats.
All of the dishes offered in the menu are prepared with garlic as its main ingredient. However, diners do not have to worry about leaving the restaurant with a mouthful of garlic breath’ as the kitchen uses a special preparation technique of removing the garlic’s pungent smell and taste while retaining its health benefits.
Some of the must-trys include the Garlic Bread Tower, Sautéed Fresh Mussels, Garlicpeno Pasta, Garlic Snowing Pizza, and Jalapeno Garlic Rice with Steak.
